Through an exclusive arrangement with Green Builder College™, a Web-based initiative of Green Builder® Media, we can help you and your key employees learn the science behind high-performance, resource-efficient construction. Our unique Environments For Living Certification Program offered through Green Builder College will give you the knowledge and tools you need.

In addition, the Environments For Living program offers one-day seminars on the basics of building science that are invaluable in getting you started.

Sales Force Training

Once builders sign on to the Environments For Living program, we offer training to assist your sales force in presenting features and benefits to prospective homebuyers.

Field Training and Consultation

Through our network of Environments For Living regional staff, we offer expertise to assist your employees and contractors in efficiently meeting the program requirements.

Marketing Materials

We provide builders with appealing consumer-focused materials that promote the Environments For Living program and the Environments For Living Certified Green program benefits.

Homeowner Package

The following items are provided for you to give to your homeowners.

• Builder Resources
  To order yard signs, homeowner manuals or consumer brochures about the Environments For Living program or the Environments For Living Certified Green program, email EFLCustomerService@topbuild.com.
• Limited Heating and Cooling Energy Use Guarantee
  Each home will receive a limited guarantee on the energy used to heat and cool the home.
• Limited Comfort Guarantee
  Each home will receive a limited comfort guarantee stating that the temperature at the location of the thermostat will not vary more than three degrees from the center of any conditioned room within a zone.

  Manuals are provided to help new owners understand the extraordinary qualities of their new homes and provide recommendations for optimal performance.
• Certificate of Compliance & Emissions Statement
  Homes built under the Environments For Living Certified Green program are issued a certificate that declares that you have committed to constructing your homes according to our programs standards.
• Model Home Displays
  Builders using the Environments For Living Certified Green program can take advantage of special display options offered through TopBuild Home Services, as well as use our home tour in electronic displays.
